Theoxenia House Hotel - Athens

The spacious room offered great comfort, but the pool was cold. It's a short walk to bike rentals.

The staff was hospitable and check in was early.

The rooms offered are huge and well decorated with separate bath, complete big toilet, 2 bathrooms. The staff are hospitable, and there is a friendly reception to relax in.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide array of choices and really good coffee options.

Limited amenities at the hotel.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with complete big toilet and separate bath, as for instance and that was great. The staff were all nice and provided great service.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The location is just great (if you want to have a quite place in a green area in Athens, still close to cafes and restaurants, far from the touristic crowds) and so is the comfort of the room! Breakfast buffet also very good. Staff was friendly and competent.

I knew that not everything was available in the same building (you could have the breakfast in the room, but we prefered to walk until the "big sister" hotel Theoxenia Palace.

I was completely taken by the massive high ceilings and luxurious comfort in the suite. The nearby breakfast options at Theoxenia Palace offered an excellent variety!

Lovely rooms, nice staff and very relaxed

We loved the premises, breakfast, bathroom accessories etc. We appreciated the late check out

We used the hotel on our wedding night. Although a family member was there in the afternoon, the concierge asked and insisted for credit card details etc at 3am, when we arrived (a simple ID and the promised for a later delivery were not enough). We were not pleased....

An air conditioning, an individual safe, and a mini-bar in the room and the comfy bed. Garden view and good service. Free internet, parking on site.

The big room only suites

Room a little bit noisy because it was on a busy street

The spacious Business Suite Semi-Basement offered decent space for a family of three. Cleanliness was satisfactory upon arrival.

Facilities felt outdated and not well-maintained. The absence of expected amenities like a pool directly at the hotel created inconvenience. The room showed signs of wear, including water marks on the sofa, and the empty amenity set lacked basic items. Being charged extra to access the pool elsewhere felt disappointing, especially when considering the heat and fatigue after traveling.
